The pelleted feed aren't that famous cause they cost a lot, i get it in a store 15mins from my place, Zoomed one but the size they give, wont be enough for even one day for my 3 torts. Other brands from Europe I'm not aware off but the type is food is normally catered to torts on thier...
Take him.to the vet and get it x-rayed..my tort stopped eating cause the gas built up in her stomach was pressing her lungs. She expired a few days later
Indian stars are very choosy eaters..don't give them a specific leafy veggy to eat..mix and match it up..I had 4 torts..lost 1 recently. I spent hours reading online what to do and how to best take care of star tortoises but I realised after a year with them..it's all crap..ur tort is unique...
Lets talk practically..ur saying indian stars r monsoon tortoises...and can't handle temperatures below 27.. that's bull. I am from.india and even in my generally hot weather the cold goes to 15 degrees..so what would the stars who live in the wild do?

Coco peat 3kg came around 80rs...and it should be enuf for ur enclosure.
The only problem of Coco peat is it dries soon so everyday I have to spray water on it. But being in Mumbai humidity isn't...
