My bulb keep going and every CHE I've bought recently stops within a week and the latest one...
I’ve had my tort for 2.5ish years now and he is around 3/4. I have previously not burmated(?) them before as I am first time owner, so just ensured the temps all year round as didn’t want to risk him not waking.
I will soon be moving and there is discussion over the cost of heating the table...

a lot of the bulbs marketed as reptile bulbs from uk retailers are either halogen or coil or mercury or spot bulbs that have a lifespan of a month tops.

So the 65 watt flood bulb would be for the basking spot and the uvb aspect? So the basking spot is meant to be for light and then the ambient temps of 85 will come from the CHE ?
And then the che running too...
