I have already built this one. What can i use to seal it. Not interested in purchasing more wood to build a whole new enclosure.

So i built a tort box out of plywood so my greek can have some outside time (its hot here in california!). My question is what is safe use to make the wood water proof so it can last a while and not rot?

Just an update! I start the second round of her treatment tomorrow, then she is all done and hopefully cleared! To be honest aside from the liquid stool on day one, she has been pretty unphased by the treatment. I will update after this round is over.

It was definitely poop...it was brown. I know what her pee looks like. So maybe the parasites were getting to her then..because literally 30 minutes after she ate the meds it happened...then again 20 mins after that. Today she ate, got lots of outside sun, 2 soaks, some pumpkin and her greens...

I had to stay in the car due to covid they aren't allowing people in with the pets. I spoke with Dr. Brick directly on the phone and she stated a LARGE load of flagilets specifically giardia.

So i have decided to treat my girl for the giardia. I do not have newspaper, so could i use paper towel to line her tank while treating her? Would dampening it help with keeping humidity? She is still a baby (about 5 months old)

Her shell from top to bottom is 2.5 inches...she stretches out longer than that

So i got my baby from a reptile store a month ago. She is definitely a greek tortoise. Her shell is about 2.5 inches long. About how old would that make her?

They specified she had giardia, but i have not seen a single symptom of her even having it. I think i will follow your lead and wait to see symptoms before messing with her gut using antibiotics.

That is also where i go and that is where i went yesterday. Her staff is who suggested i keep my baby Greek on shredded newspaper and said coco coir was bad. They have been great with my beardie but i am weary of them with my baby tort now.
