Okay I took out the rock is there anything I can do to help it heal

The light is not the close so no.

She lives indoors but if it could be from rubbing them I have a rock she goes under and that could be the cause.

Now that she is drying it looks a little better but not that much :(

I just tried that and it didn't seem to come off. Should I try and run it while she is wet?

Also she is still very active and eating.

this is new and I'm not sure what it is. Does anybody know what it is and how to treat it?

His shell is soft but it almost like someone took their thumb and pushed into his shell. It can't get a good picture of his shell.
