Hi all, Everywhere I read about the maturity of red foot and the age when they start laying eggs, but is there a max age for the females for laying eggs? I have got a breeding group 1:3 of big heavy red foot tortoises that are estimated to be 35 years old and I want to be prepared. Cheers, Carlos

For the greens it depend on the season, in winter I feed Curly endive, Kale and in summer Hibiscus leaves/flowers, Dandelion Black berries leaves. All year around I fees cactus (Opuntia Vulgaris). With these greens I am sure they get the correct nutritions and the right calcium/phosphorus ratio...

I feed my RF greens 4 days per week, vegetables 2 days and 1 day fruits. The portion size is twice the size of his head. Also 1 time per month animal protein like an earth worm. He is very string and healthy 🥳
