One Sulcata

I have a Sulcata and I have noticed these weeds popping up in my back yard in NE Florida. I just want to make sure they are safe for my tortoise to eat if it comes across one. I have looked on the tortoise table, but I'm not the best at decided which one it looks like the most haha.

With it being the fall we have a few pumpkins now as decorations in front of our home. Would there be any problem with feeding some of the pumpkin to my sulcata or is it a special kind of pumpkin that they eat? I figure it would be a better way to get rid of the pumpkin instead of just throwing...
