Thank yall for replying . I wouldntw mind the slow growth but I just felt like she was small compared to all the other photos I see, so that got me worried.
Is there anyway I could do square 1 out side? We don't have enough room in our new house to do inside . I will start soaking her everyday...
Hello everyone. I'm feeling a bit lost with our Rosie , we adopted "her" last summer (2018) and the guy we got her from said he believed she was around 3 years old but he wasn't positive because he had got her from someone who had her and 3 others in a small aquarium.
"She " pretty much lives...
I had them each in a outdoor enclosure it was 8x 20 but when it started getting cold I brought them in on warm days I make sure they are out. But if y'all think a heated box out side is good for this size I would much rather have them out side. I'm hoping they should be finished by tomorrow...
Or would y'all suggest with the out side houses just for day time and then bring them in at night? Right now our temps range from 30 degrees to some days 80 degrees ( we live near Houston Texas .) We don't get the average winter

Rosie is around 4 pounds and toothless is around 3 pounds .They are in heated enclosures. Plastic bins with the ceramic heat emitters and uvb . It's also incloused. With a good humidity .
Hey everyone!

When the temps are in the 70's and up I take them out side to graze and fresh...
Hello :) I was wondering if y'all could point me in the right direction to go on a website to buy a box turtle or 2 ? I have no idea where to begin on ordering a boxie .Any tips or suggestions would be very appreciated
I like that . Thank you for sharing that :)
All I have read I figured it might be ok to let them stay together since eventually they will have about 3 acres of enclosure?
