So Oliver is bigger and I had to upgrade his pool. Here are some photos but I am concerned about the larva inside the pool. We have a small pump that keeps the water moving a bit, but how do I get rid of the larva? I thinks misquotes any idea what it is and how to get rid of it and keep it away.

What is you opinion on Kane heaters vs. Zoo Med ReptiTherm habitat heater? Has anyone had either burn their tortoise? Where would it best be to mount the heating mat?

Have you ever had a problem with a tortoise burning themselves on the mat? what are the pros to putting the mat on the floor rather than the side of the box?
