Can anyone tell me :
Are these the same?
Or is —
one for gut cleansing and worm control
And one is for appetite stimulation?
Thank you for being so patient with me.
Sometimes I just don’t get it ?
My mind goes BLANK!
It is as if someone turned off the switch!
Left me all to myself and I am sitting in my own stupidity! ?
Sorry, what?
=DD

Me too!
I just use my weekends to decompress from the craziness I get all week long.
You are soooo justified in doing the same!
I would LOVE a picture or video of dozer trying to climb the bird!! ?
I get the same here….
They are soooo determined ??!
They figure “mom, I have nothing but time on my hands so you may as well let me at that lining.” I promise you… once he gets to it and rips it or takes it apart he will go on away from that corner. It’s like a challenge for them. Once the challenge has been won… it’s on to the next .
It is fun watching them for awhile then it just turns to frustration..
Why THAT corner?
Do they see something I don’t?
Smell?
Anyway, good luck my friend
But please enjoy the rest of the day if you can? ?
You asked for it, so here’s a video I took of him yesterday when I caught him on top of the bird the first time. I have never posted a video on here before, so hopefully it’ll work.

How you described your day, is about how my day was. We are going through a pretty unprecedented heat wave…like equivalent to 110 for several days in a row. That is just not the kind of weather we are used to here. So I’ve stayed indoors with the AC cranked and not moved too much lol. I have had quite a stressful couple of weeks and most of it is starting to settle, so now my brain feels like mush ?‍?️?‍?️?‍?️ and I just don’t have the energy or desire to do anything. Just trying to recharge my batteries for work on Monday and another busy week. The most excitement I had today was watching Dozer/Bozo be a stubborn donkey. Lately his life goal is to try and get behind the liner in his enclosure. So a few days ago I put a heavy 5” tall bird ornament in the one corner he became obsessed with. He ended up leaving that corner alone over the last couple of days, until this morning. A few times today when I checked in on him, he was teetering on top of the stupid bird ornament in an attempt to get behind it, to then make it to the liner which he so desperately wants to get behind. I laughed a lot today watching him. Of course if I walked into his room while he was balancing on top of the bird, he would look at me like a kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar. He would find his way down…usually not in a graceful way…and behave for a few moments until I’d leave. I would then go back to the main floor and in a few minutes check the camera and he’d be back trying to scale the bird lol. He is pure entertainment. That was my day today, and tomorrow I will try and do everything I should have done today ?
That's kinda my moto. It's Put off what should have been done yesterday until tomorrow ? maybe I'm worse then you ?

Are these the same?

One looks like an appetite enducer
One looks like it cleans the gut from parasites….

Or are they both the same?
Thank you for helping! ❤️[

They are neither an appetite stimulant nor a de-wormer. =DD

They are both probiotics. The label claims are incidental (an animal with a borked gut biome or experiencing a lot of stress may start eating and looking better if the digestive bacterial balance is restored...but won't if the underlying cause of the digestive flora die-off is not corrected).

They're the same thing by two different companies.

Thank you and good morning my friend,
If I return one of these powders which would you return?

I just now received a text from the doctors office and it said that she has NO parasites or worms.???
So now I am going to start this regimen to keep her healthy.
I know you said to use only an 1/8 of a teaspoon and I would like to start it today,
I just didn’t want to CAUSE a problem if I used the wrong one.
So here is what I know :

Grass/greens
1/8- teaspoon of the probiotic
1 teaspoon of calcium powder ..

Thank you for ALL of your help!
I wish you a very happy day today and always ??

(and I am so sorry to be a pain in the bum) ?

I'd keep them both. (I'm not a returner. lol) Store them in the "dry" compartment of your fridge. Check for expiration dates and use the closer-dated one first. This type of supplement can be used long-term.

What is the mg density of the calcium powder you are using (how much calcium does the label say is in a teaspoon)? I'd stay in the neighborhood of 200mg daily until she passes the other 12 eggs, then three times weekly.

So you were able to see the video now? He’s such a goof. He used to be scared of EVERYTHING, but as he’s gotten bigger he is not scared of anything now. He’s good at finding a way to get into trouble, regardless of how hard I try to Dozer proof his house. ?

I did get to see the little burger ? I once found Sapphire hanging by one toenail from the hardware cloth on the lid of his enclosure. That's why little monkey man has a lid. I've seen a few of his tricks but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen them all ?

Funny you should say that!
I was thinking the same thing!
I AM going to keep them both.
I figured it’s already here, I won’t have to buy more for a long time and I am not a returnerererrrrr either. ?

I do see one of them comes with a spoon?
It’s tiny…

Here are pictures of the calcium I was directed to buy….
I was just putting about a teaspoon on her greens. Is that ok?

So that's why I don't use the packaged calcium supplements. I don't have a b&st&rd clue what "38%" means to the lovely people at Fluker's. lol

My suggestions:

1) Contact Fluker's if you don't want to waste it (perfectly understandable). Ask them what mg of calcium are in each teaspoon of their powder. Or...

2) Get some calcium citrate tablets from the store and crush them. Citrated calcium is more absorbable that calcium carbonate.

These are perfectly fine at 150 mg in an easy-to-open capsules. Ignore the human dosage. One capsule daily until the eggs pass, then three times weekly thereafer:

Ooooo!!!!!
Thank you.
I will buy this today then!
I never thought “pet store” calcium was useless?? Wow!
See????
This is why I love coming on the forum!
To talk to the EXPERTS ❤️

Maybe the calcium sold in stores is for hatchlings? Or growing pets?
No…. Because when it’s a baby they need even MORE calcium for their bones to grow correctly..?

Hmmm…?
I am stumped?
What good is this Zoomed cr*p then?
All those calcium powders I have bought over the years???? ????
I could have gone to SPACE!! ($$$$$$)
????

Nope…

Standards for pet products are different than for the human market.

That powder in particular is made to dust low-calcium insects...but using that technique, there really is no way to know how much calcium is being fed in any one meal.

The way things are labelled is also often a way to hide info from competitors ("proprietary" ingredients).

I would hope that Fluker's could tell you how many mg of calcium are in a teaspoon of their product, so contacting them is worthwhile. But the way they label the product makes it hard to use when you really need to know what you are doing.

That's a great idea. Citrate is better for humans also. I just went through all that myself because I need a calcium supplement. The only ones I could find have D3 also.
