Baby Hermann - is she sick?

I'm a little worried about my 6 month old Western Hermann but I cannot tell if I'm being over paranoid!

A couple of weeks ago she had a hair-like peice of coco substrate lodged in her tiny nostril that was making her sneezy, I managed to get it out with tweezers and I'm quite sure she was okay after as she returned to normal. But recently I noticed a tiny bubble on her nostril as if she had a runny nose. It didn't seem persistent as if just a 1 off but I noticed it again today and got nervous.

I know to be very cautious of respiratory infections so wanted to make sure and have a closer look but I really can't tell if she has a runny nose or not! Does anyone know how obvious it would be if she did?

She's been active (today if anything she is more active than usual) and still eating normally - but she's also seemed as if trying to rub her nose (and ofcourse when you start worrying, everything she does seems concerning!), she also does get little sneeze attacked (not full blown sneezes, but more a series of audible exhailations), she's also been stretching out her neck more than usual, although she does do this sometimes anyway (not sure if that's odd?) As well as yawning more frequently and opening her mouth more.

More info on her and her enclosure in case there's something incorrect:

Her tortoise table is 32 celsius under her basking lamp and 22.8 celsius at the non-lamp end of the table - at night when I turn of her lamp it varies from 17-22 degrees (usually around the 19 mark). I use CoCo substrate and spray it down every morning with warm water and give her a warm bath every morning for 15-20 minutes. Currently the humidity is 28% under her basking lamp and 52% at the other end of the table, I try to keep it more humid but I find the lamp dries it out so quickly!
She eats a variety of leafy greens including lambs lettuce, Kale and Radicchio and I use a pinch of calcium powder on her food daily and provide fresh water daily also.

Please let me know your thoughts and whether I should take her to the vet.

I've included pictures of her.

Cut calcium down to 3 times a week, too much is as bad as too little.
Basking spot needs to be 95-100F. Day time over all temp 80F a cooler side can be around 75F. Night time temps no colder then 60-65F
Humidity 80%
An open top table will never hold proper heat and humidity at tort level. Make a top for the enclosure.
Can't tell anything from the pics. If you think she has a running nose, it will run like a humans and be wet on the space under her nostrils or sometimes they blow bubbles out their nose. If you see bubbles or running wet nose, raise the day temps to 85F and night temps no lower then 80F until about 2 weeks after all symptoms are gone

I know it seems cruel but if you pick her up and swing her upside down it will cause some of the mucus and water to drain which should help her get better. Also try soaking her every day as dust can cause a respiratory illness

Do you recommend holding the tortoise upside down by its tail or holding them upside down until all the fluid drains out? What if no moisture drains out? What then?

No! Haha! Not by their tail! Hold them like this, I wouldn’t recommend holding them upside down very long, just hold them like in the photo. And only swing them about 5 times, as it isn’t easy for them to breathe when they’re upside down. Just do it every day for a while until fluid stops coming out. Now if none comes out then I’d recommend soaking and maybe feeding a little extra as that has helped in the past
