Nice. However you need to compare his info to the caresheets here and follow the forums if they arent the same. Many more experienced and years of experience and trial and error here.
Believe me we hear it all the time from newbies. When they finally listen they realize the forums info is better and correct.
Yes his Hermann tortoise care was correct when I was researching Hermann tortoise care I read the tortoise forum caresheet and his cars was VERY similar if not the same.

You are going to do what you want as you are searching for the answer you want instead of what's right.
Put them together and see how they do. Be prepared for separating them. No your enclosure size idea is not right. So be sure to be able to give a proper size enclosure inside and out.

The encloser I showed you is only were she sleeps. during the day I let her out in my huge back yard to graze and get some more sun. I will get a picture of her out there when it stops raining.

I leaned that on Youtube from tortoise experts like the channel Kamp Kenan. so I thought it was right.
Kamp Kenan is fun to watch but I wouldn't listen to a lot he has to say and neither would most people that know better.
No, most people that has not really learned anything much about tortoises would know they can't keep two together.
Search the forum there is all kinds of info on why to not keep 2 tortoises together.

Ok I will. I will also talk to the breeder and see what he has to say.

Tortoises are very territorial and only really encounter each other when it's time to mate.

The signs of bullying are not outward. Two torts hanging out next to each other is a sign of bullying. While it looks cute and makes them look like they get along, the dominant tortoise is trying to tell the submissive tortoise to get out of its territory. The submissive tortoise cannot leave because there is no where to go. Sleeping together is a form of tortoise bullying. Another thing to look for is one will have a weaker appetite and hence weigh less. Ultimately, one may fail to thrive due to the stress of being housed with another tortoise, and could die. There are many examples of this happening that have been posted on the forum.

Groups of three or more may work in a large enough enclosure since the bullying is spread around to multiple individuals.

Roaming loose in the backyard isn't a good idea. Many tortoises have gotten out of backyards doing this. You also run the risk of her ingesting something bad. This can also be stressful since it's not her normal habitat and she may not have good places to hide. It's best to keep her in a properly sized enclosure full time.

The breeder will likely tell you that two are OK because he wants to make a sale. It just hasn't worked out for many people on multiple occasions.

Do you think I should move some things out of the encloser to make it bigger? Also another quick question what type of tortoises or tortoise do you have?
I have leopards and a Russian. Had them since 2011. I'm on the forum every day to help others and to learn all the new things that are being discovered. The Hermanns are similar to the Russians. We have a Hermanns expert in HermanniChris along with a few others.

Ok ya I understand my back yard is fully fenced in and I am there the whole time to supervise her. And when am not there I put her back in her encloser. I have already researched the plants that are bad for tortoises and none of them are in my backyard.

Also, if you look at some tortoises kept in pairs (on YouTube, or other social media), a lot of the times one is bigger than the other one, even though they are similar in age. Definitely a result of bullying.
