I have a 3-4 year old male (At least I think) Hermann Tortoise. I feed him twice a day. Is this okay? I give him kale, bok choy, radicchio, cilantro, baby arugula, and dandelion greens. I also give him mazuri pellets and calcium 2-3 times a week.

Torts are grazers so they should have food available all day.
They may eat and then go off to explore, bask or sleep but will go back.
I was told to think of the shell as an upturned bowl and feed that much - if it's all eaten add more.
They will stop eating when they've had enough so you can't over feed.
There are many other foods you could be feeding - probably listed in the caresheet or see www.thetortosetable.org.uk
Of shop bought or home grown, lambs lettuce is a good staple, dark romaine leaves, escarole, frisee, endive, Batavia, red and green multi leaf, etc but there are numerous good weeds and garden plants that are safe to feed which are better.

I can’t improve on what Lyn said.

Serve a mound of greens the same size as your tort’s shell first thing in the morning and leave it for him to browse on through the day. If it’s all eaten, add more.

If you must use grocery store greens you need to add stuff to them to make them better. The Mazuri is a good supplemental food, but you need more.
