SOS! Tortoise spitting water

Albert my med spur thigh has been spitting up water this morning.
It's clear. No bubbles in it. No signs of respiratory struggle. Just like a blob of water falls out his mouth. It's happened 4 times in the past hour.
He is 2.5 years old and lives in a tort table with his pal Stanley (both female, oops), 32 degree C hot end and currently 22 at the cool end. On coco coir. Humidity is 50% at the moment but it varies through the day.
Eyes bright. He is alert and active. He has eaten a small amount this morning and I havent seen him drinking excessive amounts.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Thanks Ruszian. I spoke to the vet that day and she had no idea what it could be, just advised to keep an eye on things. It hasnt actually happened again that I've seen.
Possibly something he ate didnt agree with him?! He had plantain, stitchwort, lambs lettuce and nipplewort that morning.
I've no idea what was wrong with him. I would love to know anyones thoughts incase there is anything I can do to prevent it happening in the future.

It might have been overheating.

He does tend to fall asleep under his lamp even though he has plenty of places to cool off. I didnt know it was a symptom of overheating so thank you.
