Its pretty hot here now in southern Spain over 30 C. Julian normally has a soak at least twice a week in winter and spring but now the hot weather is here he doesn't want to soak or drink. Is this normal behaviour? He eats well but just doesnt want to drink. Am I worrying about nothing ??

What does he do when you put him in for a soak?

Id suggest getting a larger and deeper “soaking” dish so he can’t scramble out. And, make sure the soaking water is warm, maybe as warm or warmer than the air temp. Maybe, your water is “too cold” in comparison to ambient outside, so he quickly scrambles out.

So - deeper and warmer soaking water.

Good luck

I noticed that my sulcata is more into drinking when I pour water slowly onto the ground and it flows like a mini river
