I make very broad resolutions that are generally pretty generic most years. "Be healthy, be happy, get organized." This year though I am resolved to be a homeowner by the end of 2016. I have the down payment, I just haven't found "The One" yet. I need a yard with room for a shed for tortoises, a garage for project cars, an office for my etsy shop and a kitchen I can turn around in. It's really not much to ask here in Oregon where there is plenty of room. The housing market is just pretty competitive right now.

After not being able to keep them for so many, many years, I finally realized it was useless to make them.

So cliché but to lose weight!!
I gained a few this year!!
Am one of the few people who's trying to gain weight.;) Sounds funny doesn't it? I have no appetite for some reason or other.:(

Hopefully you get that sorted out soon! I know it can be frustrating whether your trying to gain or lose!

I too am trying to lose weight. But I get married in May so in my defence I would have had to do it anyway in January even if it wasn't a New Years resolution :)

Hi and happy new year.:<3: And thanks your kind words.:)

True, it really is annoying, though mind you, doctors have told me: "It's easy to put on weight, but difficult to lose weight." This is true in theory but not easy to put into practice. Know what I mean?;)

For the first time my goal is to lose weight. I'm normally very tiny. In 2015 I was on medication that makes you gain weight. I gained about 13 or 14 lbs. May not sound like a whole lot but I'm barely 5'0" tall so it's a lot on me. Aggrevates me since I'm used to being thin.
