I opened the incubator to check if it needed any water added and my YF eggs from March were TEEMING and ALIVE with tiny maggots. I took a quick picture, but didn't take the time to actually look at the picture, so I'm sorry it's blurry. But if you notice the lighter patch of vermiculite between the two eggs on the bottom, that's millions of tiny maggots. that whole area between the two eggs is maggots! I'm so glad that I caught them before they grew into gnats or fruit flies, but so bummed that the eggs are not good. Those two eggs were light, as if they're empty, and they smell . . . oh man do they smell!
