It depends.

What species is this tortoise? Not all species of tortoise can hibernate. Please post photos of the tortoise if you don't know.

What temperatures have you had? If it has been too cool for your tort to be active, but too warm for your tort to hibernate then you could have a very sick tortoise.

Please post photographs of the tortoise, its enclosure and the lights so we can assess what is going on.

my tortoise was sleeping for whole winter.... is it ok? :/

If you hibernated your tortoise the correct way at the correct temperature, it is fine.

If you left it in a heated enclosure without soaking it and without it eating, you might have a problem.

Would you like to share more info?
