my baby suculta had white chucks in his pee/poop it was in my hand, I was removing him from his enclosure to clean it... is this possibly from food change?

Those white chunks are what are known as urates. It is entirely normal for sulcata which are desert dwelling animals and have adapted to highly concentrate their urine before excreting it as urate crystals.

@Tom fo you have any input?

Urates are normal, but it can also be an indicator that things are too dry, or that things were too dry in the recent past.

Are you soaking daily? Simulating monsoon conditions? Warm and humid? Got a terra cotta saucer for drinking in the enclosure? Damp substrate? Humid hide box?
