I've been on told and researched the sex of my tortoises to be male and female from left to right on the attached picture. Am I wrong?

How old are they? They still look too small to be sexed 100% but they do both look like males at this point.

How disappointing the only reason we bought two was to have opposites. They'll be 3 years old this September.

When they walk around is their tales tucked to the side or sticking straight out?

The one on the left always had the tail out and flashes his private like it is London Fashion Week. I've lost count of how many times I've seen it, went on Google yesterday and his cloaca is similar to that of a male without a doubt.

As for the tortoise on the left which we taught was the male I genuinely can't remember the last time I got flashed as for the tail I never really paid a great deal. So for this tortoise I've uploaded some pictures of its cloaca.
