So after 45 days of testing, monitoring, adjusting, checking, changing Munster's environment, it seems to have stabilized along the proper parameters. He's eating well, if only a limited variety at the moment. Temps run 72 to 99F and humidity is low but jumps when I mist and/or mix the substrate. Fun to watch him trundle from hide to dish to dish and every where.

Now I just realized he's already outgrowing his comfortable tub...everyone into the kiddie pool! Does anyone know the dimensions of your basic kiddie pool?

LOL! This is the facts of life as it pertains to tortoise-keeping: Get it set up right then have to do it again in a newer, bigger space.
