What species is my tortoise? PLZ HELP?

I got a new baby tortoise and I have no idea what species it is because the guy I bought it from at the pet store is absolutely clueless about tortoises. I'm really struggling to figure out what type of tortoise it is and I'm really worried that I'm not giving it what it needs.

P.S I put some food for him earlier and he decided lying on it is better than eating it, hence the green stuff on his body. Tried to remove them but I was worried I'd freak him out.

He's looking like a Greek or Herman's to me, but definitely wait for another opinion.

You have a baby greek tortoise. Testudo graeca.

When they aren't eating, it is usually because they are not warm enough or because something isn't right. Give those threads a read through and see if you find the problem.
