I'll bet it's from a seed dropped there by a bird. I don't recognize it, but @Iochroma may.

Is it a grape plant?
This time of year mine grow so fast, you can almost see it grow.
Those leaves look like my Carlos strain Muscadines.
Did I send you seeds?
Did you plant any there?

I had a poplar tree pop up like this along a fence. I moved it and it looked like it went dormant so I trimmed it down and it sprouted leaves and looked like a bush. Then it suddenly took off and a year later it is HUGE.

Yes you did and I planted them in the spring but I can't tell which ones those are now, I have 3 or 4 different grapes growing in there. You'll have to show me the plant, I'll take pictures, and hopefully can id it amongst all the others... I know, very disorganized here!:)

Just a guess, it looks like a young sycamore.
Len got it. Platanus - sycamore, plane tree, etc.
Sycamore tree???? Hmmmm... The upright growth did suggest that to me too, but then what are those little small leaflets that encircle the main stemImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1500376899.045268.jpg too blurry here.... ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1500376935.487967.jpg maybe this is little better? ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1500376966.105725.jpg or this?

It's a sycamore tree. The leaves are safe but when it gets bigger it will develop seeds that will drop. I have seen the seeds get as big as golf balls. Not good to have around your house.
