I have indoor and outdoor enclosures. I soak daily
I live in FL and have three hibiscus in my yard which are healthy food. I stay hoe so have lots of time to give attention.

I don't know where in Florida you are, but every PETCO around me is jammed full of Russians.
They need rescue.
They are also not expensive.
Other than that, try Craigslist. There are sometimes a very good source. Sometimes not.
