Can some id this turtle? Seen it in petsmart with the water turtles.

It's a Central American wood turtle - in the Rhinoclemys family

Agreed. Yvonne has it- it is a Rhinoclemmys, probably pulcherrima.

It was with the water turtles and it did not seem likebit easbsuppose to be there. I may rescue it

They do live in a very wet area and love the water, but they are terrestrial.

Ok the one i had was in with softshells turtles and mud turtles
