Transparent pee

When I place my tortoise back to the enclosure after handling him he immediately goes into his shell and pees some form of transparent liquid. I dont handle him much about 1-2 minutes a day and its usually to remove fibres from the cococoir stucked to him.

pulling into the shell and urination are both natural responses to being startled. Since you do not handles often; its likely that's why.
