Tortoise pees on food

My little hermanns pees every morning on his food. He can be eating his food and the moment I start spraying his enclosure he jet pees while munching. Is this abnormal? Idk if i'm startling him with the mister but he doesn't seems to mind it.

I think he don`t like the spraying with the mister. Torts often pee when they are scared.
Spray the enclosure first and then feed him. The pee on the food will do no harm but you can avoid it.
