Is he nice because that is is personality, or is he nice because you worked with him the right way? Nature or nurture? Or both?

Good question, It's taken 2 years thus far to earn his trust but he still doesn't like being picked up. I think they have awesome personalities but it's the work that eventually pays off ... at least I keep telling myself that. LOL! It takes a LOT of patience if they've never been worked with but I've always followed the "It's all in HIS good time" method. I will admit when I got him I didn't really know about the terrific breeders (Like Ty Park). Had I known I would have paid a bit more for a baby Rhino that had already been worked with somewhat. But Titus is pretty special and I'm starting to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
