My tort needs to take Fenbendazole for worms. This is the second treatment he has had. Seems like the first time did not work. My tort is 30 grams and needs 0.02CC of it. I am not sure he is getting it all,if any? I cut up zucchini, use mazuri both of which he likes, but seems like he is not eating it all. Seems like I am just wasting the meds, with each food I try. The vet does not give much to waste. Any good idea ?

If you can have someone help you, you can open the mouth and squirt a dropperful of the stuff down his throat.

I tried that, and it seems to be the best way. He is very shy and it takes awhile. I know he is not getting the full dose. I will try to give it a little at a time. But that is hard to do with 0.02CC

From Animal Planet: Treatment is best achieved with the oral administration of the antiparasitic drug fenbendazole. The suggested dose is 23 mg per pound given once and then repeated in 14 days.
