Sulcata with missing scale on head

Hey all, I noticed today that my sulcata has a scale missing on his head. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Hello, I don`t think that this is something to be worried about.
I think it fell off and will grow new soon.

I appreciate the reply. It doesn't look like anything too serious. He also doesn't seem to be bothered by it (touched it and he didn't pull away). There is no blood, puss, or goo coming from it, and it doesn't look like an open wound

That all sounds like a very harmless problem. Scales grow new. No need to worry.
