Hi Joy, and welcome to the Forum!

Has he been pooping? Sometimes when there's a lot of pressure inside (constipated, obstruction of some sort) it presses on the nerves and causes a semi paralysis. Make a vet appointment, but in the meantime, fill the bathtub with enough water that he can't touch the bottom and gently place him in the tub. See if he moves his leg. Just leave him in the water for about 30 minutes, but keep you eye on him. If he gets tired out, you can let some of the water out so he can touch the bottom. But, if he's constipated, scrambling around, trying to escape, helps get things moving inside.
