Is there anyone that can build an enclosure in Southern California, approximately 8x10 or 10x12, for front side yard?

What we have is rotting.

It's fairly easy to gob together some cinderblocks into an enclosure. You can make it as big as you want. Then just buy the largest Dogloo you can find for the shelter. (I'm assuming you're carpentry challenged)
