Maybe it's a strained muscle?? Maybe there's a little piece of substrate poking up inside??? Maybe there's a ripped toe nail??? Sorry, but we have no way of knowing.

It looks a little puffy but it's hard to tell in the pic. Does it seem swollen?

How is her mobility? Is she still eating well?

I joined the forum when Tidgy had a slightly swollen limb and was limping and drawing it in.
She fully recovered over a couple of weeks, so I guess it was just a strained or sprained muscle.
Hopefully this is the same, but if it gets worse or doesn't get better in a while, a specialist herp vet visit might be good.

Do you have a better picture of the top of the shell. Looks like something isn't right. Could be early stages of MBD and causing leg issues. Need a better picture

Could be just a defect, have you soaked her. A piece of the substrate could be wedged in and causing her problems

I soak her every 2 days and I never seen a piece of substrate come off

Use a flashlight and if she will let you try to look around her leg really good. A piece could've stuck her and won't come out in the soak. since she has split/extra scutes it could be just a defect and it's getting more noticeable as she gets older. She looks great and her colors are really coming out on her head.

I've also noticed that when she walks she walks with a slight limp on her right leg but her left leg is fine

I'm afraid it looks like it's broken, Luis.
