Guys. When you say that the shell is soft how soft are we talking? When I put pressure on my lil guys underneath it does feel less hard than his top but wouldnt say its soft. Would it be without a doubt soft to the touch?? And what problem does that equate to?

Very young torts often have flexible bellies (plastrons). If it feels like it is resisting being pressed and springs right back, that is pretty normal. If it starts to feel more like leather or get even a little squishy, it is a real problem.
