Here in socal the days have been warm but nights still cold. My tortoise is hibernating in a box in my garage but its to warm in the garage these last few days. Is it to soon to pull her out and have her outside? Should I wake her and keep her inside until it warms up more? Or have her outside during the day and inside at night? Advise please. An she's about 12 inches long.

Welcome to the Forum, Jolene!

If your tortoise is awake and wants out, go ahead and put it out. But pay attention to the weather reports. If it's going to freeze bring the tortoise in for that night. If it's going to rain be sure the tortoise is blocked inside its shelter, especially if it's a cold rain. There's no need to set the tortoise up indoors. It is acclimated to being cold right now. Just make sure to protect it from freezing and a cold rain.
