Signs of a healthy tortoise

Hi, I was just wondering what are some signs my Russian Tortoise is healthy?

It's active, it's eating and it's gaining weight

However, depending on your location geographically, you may be coming out of winter and then I would settle for eating and not losing weight at the moment.
