Hey, I had a one year old baby tortious and I need to get him to California. I thought about UPS and doing a overnight shipping but I'm still worried about him being in a box with no heat, in an airplane that's cold temperatures. Is it a good idea to use UPS?

If packed properly and shipped on the right day overnight, there is little if any danger of encountering problems. I'd be willing to bet there are several hundred torts & turtles winging their way via UPS at this very moment.

I ship using overnight Fed-Ex through ShipYourReptiles.com. I use a special insulated box and a heat pack if the weather is cold. Fed-Ex has a heated area on the airplane for animals. I have been very happy with their service.
