Shell rot??

Is this shell rot? At first, i was thought that theres some smudge in her plastron , when i remove it ... it's just like that , like there something burrowing in her plastron ..

What should i do to recover it?

Yours does NOT look like classic shell rot to me.

Looks like an injury of some sort.

I agree with the others, it doesn't look like shell rot, but it doesn't look right either.
