Shell concerns

Hi I'm new to this site. I bought a baby hermann tort 2 weeks ago and I'm concerned about a mark I've found on his shell it maybe nothing but I would like some advise please

Are you talking about that little discolored spot under his front leg? It does look a bit raw. You can use the same first aid you would use on a human kid with that same kind of injury. I doubt it's anything to worry about, but doctor it up and keep an eye on it.
