Shedding??

It looks like it. Unlike snakes and other reptiles who sheds at one go, tortoises usually sheds little by little. Im no pro when it comes to shedding but that is what it looks like to me. Hopefully somebody can give you more indept details soon.

Just asking, whats your temp like (Basking, cool area and night time) and the substrate you are using?

Using coco coir, hot side is usually around 85-90 and the cooler side 75-80. I have him outdoors during the day as much as possible as well. Humidity is usually around 50-60 but its been really humid here the last few days so its spike up a little higher then that on times.

Mines is shedding too but they barely show much skin but I think tortoises are the most adorable things ever !
