I cut a hole in the side of a large Tupperware storage container, that probably
holds about 15-20 gallons of water. It's covered with moistened coconut fiber
that also contains a damp sponge. I live in Florida, and my question is concerning
location in the yard. Should I locate it in the full sun, morning sun, evening sun?
I've have many sun and shade options available. What do y'all think concerning
location???

Any other suggestions are appreciated. PS, the sponge is natural,
thoroughly cleaned, and will be washed weekly.

Now where is ZeroPilot when I need him??? I imagine in the garage.

I'd place it in the afternoon or late afternoon sun.
My torts are up at dawn drinking and wondering around and then go back into hiding in the afternoon. Back out again at about 5 to look for food.
Make the sunny part of the day the part of the day that you are at work would be my suggestion.
That way, you'll never be missed.
I have several hides, doghouses, caves, etc. That you could have for free. Just come take them.
I'm in SE Broward
Near the big outlet mall

That's very kind of you, and who doesn't love an outlet mall. Maybe when my Uncle's
at work, I could steal his Ducati and swing over. We'll have to figure out how to strap
a tortoise hide on the back of it. I'm sure it will be the first time in the motorcycles
company's long history.
