Reliable breeders M.E.E?

I live in Indiana and was looking for a more weather tolerant tortoise thought a Brown would do fine with proper housing and inside for winter can anyone help me with a breeder or recommend a place online? Though I've heard online is not the best idea.

Most people purchase online unless they go to a reptile show or risk the pet store. I found my breeder by reading breeding recommendations here so definitely check those out there's a whole forum dedicated to various breeders!
