Hello all, just have a few questions:

1. How big does a redfoot need to be to have viable eggs? I have read when they are small eggs tend to be infertile.
2. Do they dig when they lay eggs or just on top of soil?
3. Avg period until hatching?

The northerns I have tended were usually about 8" before fertile eggs were deposited. Average incubation was 130 days at 86.2 °F (30 °C) and all eggs were deposited underground in nests. (61 eggs in sample).
