My friend produces these from a wc pair of normals. He's hatched a couple dozen, and finally parted with one. They get even nicer as they grow, turning even brighter, and more colorful. I'm very thankful to finally have one.

Wow that is pretty colorful now. I think it's weird though how they hold their legs in. It's been a while, but don't most turtles put their feet towards the back when they pull them in, not facing forward? Different.

I love mud turtles! If I kept water turtles at all it would be some sort of mud turtle. What a cutie!
