Question from the NOOB.

Hi!
This is my first tortoise, and I am not all too familiar with their quirks.
My Dante sometimes squeaks, almost sounds like a congested noise kind of squeak.

I am just wondering if anyone else has heard their tortoise squeak??
Hopefully its just a quirk and he is not sick. I haven't yet found myself a vet I am willing to trust with reptiles. (I am over-protective mom)

My Greeks and Sulcata both make all kind of noise. Some are squeaks and hisses but when my Greek started sounding wheezy with lack of appetite and lethargic I knew something was wrong. Plus he had a wet nose. Does he have any other quirks that you have noticed?-wet nose, blowing bubbles runny eyes?
