Good afternoon, today we are building our friend a new enclosure. I have some concerns regarding the plants I purchased to put in it. Can anybody let me know if they have any i information on whether these plants are good or harmful:
Lip stick plant
Fittonia
Pathos

Lipstick is on most toxic plant lists.

Fittonia comes from South America, so it would probably be ok to plant it in the YF's territory.

Pathos is on some toxic plant lists but my tortoises will eat it with no ill effects.

I would lean towards plants that are meant to be eaten, rather than "house plants". Any of the dark, leafy greens, along with rose of sharon, dandelion, hosta, viola, etc. You can use most succulents but steer clear of the Euphorbia family.
