Just now came across an online article http://infinitygardens.ca/blog/peonies/ while searching for plants to grow in my garden. This flower looks awesome , but I came to know that this flower Peony is one of the plant species which is toxic for tortoise. Tortoise should never feed on them. All tortoise lovers, please be careful if you have this peony plant in your home. Never let your tortoise go near it. Also check out this article http://www.thetortoisetable.org.uk/site/plants_19.asp?thissection=5 for more information on plants which tortoises should never feed.

Welcome.
Most of the pretty, decorative plants in little pots should not be fed as most of them also have systemic pesticides in them to keep them looking good by stopping insects and animals from eating them.
Stick with plants grown for human consumption.
If in doubt, allow any new plant to grow on it's own, in new soil, for at least 6 months to a year. Before offering any part of it to your animal as food.

Mine is a leopard tortoise :<3:
Hi Ella and welcome I have a leopard too.
I use the caresheet here for sulcate and leopard to make sure I am giving the correct diet, temps and uvb humidity etc. and the tortoise table is an excellent guide. The Beginners Mistakes (link below) is good for avoiding problems encountered by others and the Enclosure thread is full of great ideas.
If you post pics of your enclosure very experienced members will advise on any changes you could make - if any- to make sure it is as safe and tort friendly as possible.
