I got Phoebe in early 2013 and she is a western hingeback (kinixys nogueyi). She's thought to be 30+ years old and a gorgeous grumpy lady 
She doesn't miss a trick and no wormies escape her! She'll eat anything that dares enter her realm, including hands (though she prefers toes!). She knows exactly when worm day is and is very set in her ways - she likes her enclosure to be sprayed down before she eats. She'll sit and glare at you until its done before she'll begin to eat. I never knew a tortoise could have so much of a personality! She's a grumpy, stubborn lady who knows her routine better than i do.
The snails kept rolling away when she bit them - she was not amused.
She also does not do this 'outside' thing.
