Again I'm not sure his this is done, I don't Facebook or anything but here goes. My sulcata keagan is a little over a year old. The shell at the top of his neck appears to be slightly scraping his neck. Not always but sometimes it looks like its making his neck peel or the shell is scraping it. It is barely noticeable and its not all the time but since I've lost two hatchlings before so I am very very paranoid about it. Keagan is the first sulcata hatchling that made it past a year. So I am very thankful for finding this forum. But would I be worried about his neck, what should I do

If it's barely noticeable, and only occasionally, I wouldn't worry, they shed skin in a sometimes alarming manner anyway, sometimes. Just check there isn't a broken edge or sharp point on the carapace.
Follow the threads I've linked and you won't go far wrong.

Thanks for the links, I have read them all a few times now, sadly it took me years to learn all theminfo in there b4 I found this place. His shell feels sharper there but it doesn't rub raw, t watch it. A friend of mine gave me coconut oil, it a solid and liquid depending on the heat. She said to out it on his shell but not on his neck. I didn't do any of it cause I haven't seen anything on here about oiling a tort lol. Thanks again for the info I need to bet a Terra cotta water bowl keagan is too big for his now he needs a little more room to walk in it. It about the size he is

Your tort doesn't need coconut oil on its shell. It is purely cosmetic.

Your tort needs the humidity of its enclosure, UVB light and the correct diet for a healthy shell - nothing else. :)

In was more or less wondering if the coconut oil could go on his neck when his shell rubs on it and makes it peel. But that does explain why her tort is always so shiny lol
