Looks good, some constructive criticism.
I would move the food dish further away from the water dish so if there is some pushing during feeding time one doesn't land in the water upside down, also I would use a flat Rock, slate or underside of a ceramic tile to feed off
Add some orchid bark and/or cyprus mulch in some areas and add some spaghnum moss in and around the hides so they can dig in under the moss at night to keep humid.

What do you think about coco chips?
I've only used them once and over time they got white bits on them and disintegrated into the coir. They absorb the water more than orchid bark does, so a greater chance of mould growing in my opinion.

Make sure your tort can keep burred under moss to keep the Carapace moist when it wants to.

+1

You could add a couple hides and stuff them with moss.

I really like the variety of plants in there, and the size of the enclosure. Good job!

I use CHEs for my reds. Only for ambient heat really, though. Mine rarely bask if temps are in the mid 80s. If you do provide a basking area, make sure its far enough away so it doesn't burn or dry out the shells.

Some bark would be nice. I use For bark for my outdoor enclosure. You can fin it at home depot for $4.89 a bag. It works great the top layer of the substrate stays dry and it keeps the bottom substrate humid. Your enclosure looks nice by the way.
