I lined the side with acrylic works great. I don't have a truck so the idea of lumber or a large tank was impossible. He is enjoying it and eating more greens then ever when I hang from the grids.

You could add plexi over the top too and wet the substrate down. It will feel nice and toasty in there. It would feel like a steamy shower which they enjoy.

Just remove the nightlight...all you need for them is ches...heat emitters...the redlight will damage their visions...you can get them on amazon for about 10bucks and will last years...leave them on 24/7 ..add in more plants to recreate a jungle setting for your rf...that is our rosie coming out for a treat..

It just took a minute for your photo to load. Mr. T is 8 plus years old. The sides on his enclosure are 18 inches high.
In the summer he has a large outdoor enclosure. All the seedlings get about 3 feet tall. Like a massive jungle.

Have you double checked the temperature all over the floor of the whole set up? It seems to me that the light might be up too high, and too far away from the other end. ??????
